Hippos are generally known as aggressive animals where as elephants are usually more passive. The hippo is dwarfed in size compared to the elephant. Watch this awesome footage of reverse action between the species. The elephant really puts the smack down on the hippo. The hippo seems very lucky to escape fairly unscathed at the end of the elephant’s rampage. Maybe this elephant is like us humans and some days enough is enough!
