Watch As The Desert Eagle 50 AE Goes Head-To-Head Against The 500 S&W Magnum

Whoever coined the phrase ‘Size doesn’t matter’, never held either one of the monster handguns in the video below. Both the Desert Eagle 50 AE  and  the 500 S&W Magnum are monster pistols to be sure and both will drop whatever you are shooting at. With that said, these two handguns are not to be used, or taken lightly, especially by someone who has never fired a large bore firearm before, you just might end-up with a broken wrist and possibly a broken nose too boot.

Before we get to the show, here’s a little bit of information about our two competitors, first regarding the  Desert Eagle 50 AE:

About the 500 S&W Magnum:

In 2003 the gunsmiths and engineers at Smith & Wesson wanted to deliver maximum power for serious handgun hunters. The power they sought required an entirely new frame, the massive “X-Frame™,” and was the basis for the new Model S&W500™, the most powerful production revolver in the world.  This ushered in the era of the “big gun” and was only the beginning.   For ultimate power and velocity there’s nothing even close to an X-Frame model handgun.
