Imagine being in the wilds of the Yukon armed with only a bow and quiver of arrows during the moose rut! When hunting with a bow the hunter generally needs to call the animal into close range. Moose can weigh upwards of 1,000 pounds and their antlers can spread up to 6 feet from tip to tip. Can you imagine calling a bull moose into bow range? This moose hunter not only had his moose called into range, he almost had the big bull in his lap. I can only imagine the adrenaline pumping through the hunter’s veins or what he may have been thinking. I am not sure I could remain so calm. Watch the hunter as he attempts to arrow a Yukon bull moose!
