Missouri squirrel and black bass seasons are set!
What could be a better way to bring in the Memorial Day weekend than hunting and fishing? Next weekend will bring in the Show-Me state’s 2017-2018 squirrel hunting season and black bass fishing season. There are several regulations hunters and anglers need to be aware of and can be accessed at Missouri Department of Conservation’s website. So next weekend if you want to stay away from the crowds, head to the woods or the water and spend the day enjoying a little hunting and fishing. Just be sure to check out all the regulations. A little squirrel and bass would be a great addition to any cookout! Have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend, especially if you spend it in the great outdoors!
“Memorial Day weekend brings an extra-special celebration for squirrel hunters and bass anglers in Missouri.”
“The Missouri Department of Conservation reminds them that the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, May 27, marks the opening of both squirrel season statewide and catch-and-keep bass season in most streams south of the Missouri River.”
