Home’s pet saved by firefighters! [Video]

Firefighters work hard to put out fires and are well trained to save a life if needed.  Saving a life doesn’t always mean a human life.  Most firefighters are tough guys and gals but when a home’s pet is in danger they go all out.  So was the case for an Indianapolis firefighter earlier this week.  Crews responded to a house fire and once making entry the firefighters could hear the faint meowing of a cat.  Watch this firefighter’s body cam for more on the rescue!

“A dramatic rescue of a kitten from a burning Indianapolis home Tuesday was captured on a firefighter’s body camera.”

“The Indianapolis Fire Department said on Twitter that crews were called to the blaze at an unoccupied home around 4 p.m.”
