A self-docking boat that can actually ‘walk’ onto the shore, I would have never guessed something like this. But when I see it, I immediately think of the images of D-Day when Allied Forces landed at Normandy in 1944, or, the U.S. Marines landing on Iwo Jima in 1945. Back then they used the Higgins Boat, for those landings and they worked quite well at getting troops ashore. The boat in the video below however, has some significantly different improvements and advantages over the old Higgins boats that’s for sure.
This bad-boy can actually “walk” onshore and it was made right here in my own home State of Washington, so if you want one, all you have to do is contact Hard Drive Marine, of Bellingham Washington and they’ll be happy to make one just for you. That’s what they do, each boat is hand crafted to the individual specs of each owner. They are used by a number of different individuals and companies , so they can provide just the right service, depending on what you intend to use it for. So if you’re a commercial fisherman, or just an avid outdoors man, they can give you whatever you need and do whatever you want.
Did SCOTUS make the right decision on medical mandates for large businesses?
Here is what Hard Drive Marine has to say about their products:
“There is a special maritime community, where lives are lived in and around the sea each day. Where we embrace the adventure of living each day in the changing elements, where we share our seafood and our evenings with friends and neighbors. Where we rely on our hands and our tools to both succeed and survive. We embody the work hard, play hard mentality, and share our livelihood with those who share this passion for the water, and for the life it allows us to lead.
Take some time to look at our landing craft series. These are custom boats, each built by hand to meet the specific needs of the owner. If you can dream it, we can build it.”
