This Ain’t Your Grandpa’s 30-06 ( The H.C.A.R. )

Just when you think our buddy Scott can’t come up with any new and exciting stuff, he does! I have to admit, I’ve never even heard of the HCAR , but anything that fires a 30-06 can’t be bad, I mean, that is one round that will really mess-up your day if you are unlucky enough to get shot with it.

I know Scott is a retired cop and he knows his stuff when it comes to firearms, but I wonder if he shouldn’t take things a little slower , especially after his little “accident”. But, I don’t think ‘taking it easy’ is his style.
