Yes Boys & Girls The ‘Hi-Point Yeet Cannon 9mm’ Is Finally Here!

Now, before we talk about this new pistol from the folks at Hi-Point, I think there are a couple of things we need to talk about to get out of the way. There is a very large portion of folks out there that when you even mention “H-Point”, they stop you right there and laugh at you.

Then they proceed to lecture you about what a piece of crap that all Hi-Point products are and lastly, they laugh at you and turn and walk away, ending the conversation before it even got started.

And really, that’s cool…different strokes for different folks. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and try as you might, you are not going to change their mind.

Back in 2015, I was looking for a handgun to buy for home defense, but I was short on cash. After looking all over my local pawnshop’s, I Googled ‘inexpensive handguns’, I came across Hi-Point’s website, so I decided to take a look.

I looked over Hi-Point’s website and settled on their MODEL JCP 40 chambered in 40 S&W and since it was only $150.00 plus tax, I decided to buy it. I bought one box of ammunition and drove up into the mountains and shot half of it.

To my surprise, the weapon did not malfunction once, while it was heavy and possibly one of the UGLIEST guns I have ever owned, I was quite surprised and felt vindicated with my purchase. In 2018, I sold it to get some cash together to buy a better handgun and to this day, I regret doing that.

While my Hi-Point wasn’t the prettiest pistol I ever owned, it was reliable and truth be told, that to me is what really counts. Here’s a little “fun fact” that you might not have ever heard, for gangbanger’s ‘in the hood’ (showcased on the TV show “Cops”), the Hi-Point Model JCP 40, is one of the most used (and confiscated) guns and the reason is, it’s cheap and reliable.

So, take my story at face value and keep and open mind when you watch the video below. I’ll place the specs and price beneath the video for you to look-over.

The producers of the video had this to say:
