[Video] Pro-Shooter Jerry Miculek Shows How You Can Turn Your AR-15 Into A Mini Gatling Gun
Before we get down to the “Meat & Potatoes” of the subject, first let me educate you about the host of the video below, just so you don’t think Jerry Miculek is just some ‘old dude’ who doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
Jerry Miculek currently holds five officially sanctioned world records in revolver shooting and over 15 unsanctioned records with firearms ranging from rapid firing pistols to the Barrett M107 .50 BMG rifle. Some of his more recent accomplishments include 6 shots in .98 seconds with a Barrett M107 .50 BMG rifle and a 1000-yard shot off hand with his signature 9 mm Smith & Wesson revolver.
In other words, the man knows his sh*t…okay? Jerry shows us how you can take your ordinary AR-15 and turn it into a mini Gatling Gun! Complete with mini crank and all, be able to fire almost 700 Rounds per minute on a standard semi-auto AR-15.
About the device called the “GatCrank”;
The GatCrank is a rapid fire trigger actuator perfect for putting multiple rounds on target quickly and efficiently. Going to the range or plinking in the woods is more enjoyable at three shots per rotation of the crank, and even better when paired with a bipod for the ultimate GatCrank experience. While originally designed for AR-15, AK-47, and 10/22 styled rifles, the crank’s adaptable design is compatible with many other rifle styles as well. It fires 3 Shots Per Rotation (How fast can you crank?) Compatible with AR-15, AK-47, and 10/22 Styled Rifles.
